Apart from the system in our catalogue, we also offer a customized plan for your playground equipment matching to your specific requirements.
With our extensive experience in the field of playground manufacturing, we have positioned ourselves as a reliable company engaged in serving customers right from choosing the perfect playground equipment to designing, the flooring, and building a playground reflecting uniqueness in itself.
Consultancy: We help you select the right designs, colour scheme, and the right equipment at an affordable price range.
Design: To help you visualize the playground area, our design team creates an AUTOCAD, 2D, top view, column & deck alignment specifications, post measurement representation, etc. This enables you to arrange and fine tune the placement of your play equipment as well as to design your safety flooring.
Build & Install: Once you have finalized your design, we will start to build your playground. We will oversee the entire project from installing the playground equipment to laying the safety flooring.
Our 8 Step Programme from Planning to Installation
- Simply send us your precise site layout drawings on AUTOCAD
- Give us an approximate Budget for your requirement to work around
- Give us the lead time you have for us to execute the entire project. In case of systems that we are carrying stocks, the minimum lead time we require would be 2~3 weeks. In case of stocks that need to be imported the lead time required would be 6~8 weeks and in case of custom designed systems specific to your project, the lead time required would me minimum 10~12 weeks.
- Our designers will design a 'System Layout Plan” on AUTOCAD keeping in mind, Safe Areas, Budget, Lead Time, Project Aesthetics, etc.
- You will receive our System Layout Plans that your technical department can visualize again on AUTOCAD.
- Once you approve from your side and place your order with us, our infrastructure will commence the execution part of getting your system ready for shipping.
- We will assist you with all freight related issues to your site allowing you to use the “Special Rate Contracts' we already have in place with a few freight forwarding agents. On the other hand, you may opt to use your own regular freight forwarders & we will assist in all manners.
- Once the “SKD” [Semi Knocked Down] system reaches your site, one of our chief supervisors will come and supervise the entire installation to ensure the installation that meet our standards.
Quality & Safety
- Koochie systems are made from the world’s best raw material. We do not use any fibre glass. Only the very best virgin IIDPE ‘non toxic’ plastic which we import from Samsung Korea will not fade for even 5 years.
- All of steel components are made from high grade powder coated, flow coat, hot dipped, galvanized steel that does not corrode easily or at all.
- Koochie systems are all unique due to its animated roofs, panels, slides etc unlike boring flat roofs and panels provided by other brands.
